Pick and Pack
This process is an essential part of the supply chain management used to distribute products. Pick and pack entails receiving a cargo of products, usually large truck loads and containers, and breaking them down. They are then repacked into individualized packing and relabeled for warehousing and ultimately shipping to the customer. It is the important step when processing any order that comes after a purchase order has been taken and before products are shipped to customers.
Shipping & Tracking
Once an order is placed we are fully equipped to ship the good quickly and securely. Our warehouse workers pull the product from the fulfillment center right away and get it packaged for shipment. An important customer service we offer is the tracking of all packages and goods shipped out of our fulfillment center. Keeping track of an order is extremely important since it can be very costly if product is lost or damaged while it is in transit. By keeping a close eye on where the goods are in shipment we can prevent mistakes right away and address issues to get the mistake corrected immediately. It is also important because we can hold the shipping company accountable if the process was not followed as it should.
Once and order is placed it goes into our system and is processed. This process consists of many different steps. We keep these stages up to date in real time; this is data we can access through our system of course, but you and your staff will also be able to access the information.
Typical information may include:
- Confirmation that the order has been received from the customer
- Products are being pulled from the warehouse
- Order has been shipped
- Delivery to the customer has been confirmed
- Return has been requested or processed
This is a process that takes action once the customer has already received goods or services. It picks up as soon as the person who received the products needs to make a return or exchange through your business. As the name suggests, this system does everything from the original ordering and shipping process, only in reverse. We make arranges for the product to come back to the warehouse, restock it and re-label it if possible, and issue a refund to the customer.
This process covers:
- Warranty Transactions
