High Staff Retention Rate
Staff retention is very important to us and that is why we have the highest staff retention rate in our industry. We offer all of employees great incentives and benefits so they will want to keep working for us. Our staff members work together as a team and that has created a great environment in our offices. This is important because happy workers are going to give great service and do their job well.
What is Staff Retention?
Staff retention is the company’s ability to keep their employees on with them. It is a direct relation of how the business selects candidates for employment, and how fairly they are treated once they are hired. This is also commonly referred to as employee turnover rates.
We make that extra effort because we know that in this business it is all about the quality and care your staff offers clients and callers.
What This Means to Our Clients
An Experienced Team
The foundation of our company is our level or experience and the training that each staff member gets before they are ever allowed to take a call. Our senior employees mentor new comers and offer their advice on the best ways to conduct themselves during calls, and how to handle callers with unusual issues.
By keeping the same people on our team, we are able to offer a type of familiar service most companies are unable to. Each one of our clients and the client’s callers is assigned a single point of contact. This means that only a select group of our associates will be picking up your calls. Your callers will actually be able to get comfortable with the person they speak with because they will more than likely be able to speak with the same person each time they are trying to reach someone from your company.
Single Point of Contact
This is a system that we use that would not be at all possible without our wonderful staffers. Since we offer services to thousands of clients, and answer millions of calls, it can get tricky. We want to offer personalized service to all callers, that is why we have implemented our single point of contact system.
Basically, how this work is, when a new client is set up in our system we assign them to a small group of our associates. That way, every time you call or someone calls in through your assigned numbers, that person will reach the same few people each time. This enables us to build a rapport with you and your callers. The reason we are able to do this is because we have such a high staff retention rate. If a company has a high turnover then they cannot offer services such as these.
